Current Concessions Opportunities

The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing Bid Specifications for Concession Opportunities in areas administered by the Division of Parks & Forestry. Concession Agreements are awarded through a sealed public bid process. More detailed information is available in the Bid Submission Instructions.

A Bidder must submit a completed Prequalification Application and the specific BID PROPOSAL FORM for each Concession Opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Office of Leases & Concessions no later than noon on the following proposed dates:

Bass River State Forest – Boat-Livery Concession due on June 20, 2018

Shepherd Lake Recreation Area – Food/Novelty Concession due on June 12, 2018 (rebid)

High Point State Park – Cross-Country Ski/Snowshoe Concession due on June 5, 2018

LATE PROPOSALS SHALL BE INELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.
