WATERLOO VILLAGE OPERATING LEASE INFORMATION

The State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, will be issuing a Request for Proposal on or about December 3, 2012, for the Operation and Lease of the Meeting House Compound at Waterloo Village for banquet/catering and events services. Waterloo Village is located in Byram Township, Sussex County. Bids must be received by the Office of Leases no later than February 4, 2013, by 5:00 p.m. All bids received on or before the deadline for submission will be opened in public at 10:00am on February 5, 2013 in the Office of Leases located on the 3rd floor at 501 East State Street in Trenton.
