Liberty State Park: Management/Operation of Concession and Event Management Services:

The State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, is seeking proposals for Basic Concession Services and Catering/Events Management Services within designated facilities, structures and areas at Liberty State Park, Jersey City, Hudson County.

Each prospective bidder, or an authorized representative of bidder, must attend the mandatory bidders meeting at 11 a.m., Thursday September 15, 2011, at the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal at Liberty State Park. A tour of the designated facilities, structures and areas of Park Property covered by the Request for Proposal will be part of the mandatory bidders meeting.

Bid packages are available by clicking on the links below and will be available at the mandatory bidders meeting. The deadline for final submission of all bid packages is October 14, 2011.
