Current Concessions Opportunities

The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing Bid Specifications for Concession Opportunities in areas administered by the Division of Parks & Forestry. Concession Agreements are awarded through a sealed public bid process. More detailed information is available in the Bid Submission Instructions.

A Bidder must submit a completed Prequalification Application and the specific BID PROPOSAL FORM for each Concession Opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Office of Leases & Concessions no later than noon on the following proposed dates:

Batsto Village Historic Site – Mobile Food Concession due on March 22, 2021
Belleplain State Forest – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 22, 2021
Leonardo State Marina – Mobile Food Concession due on March 22, 2021
Parvin State Park – Boat-Livery Concession due on March 22, 2021
Parvin State Park – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 22, 2021
Round Valley Recreation Area – Food/Novelty Concession due on March 22, 2021
Shepherd Lake Recreation Area – Boat-Livery Concession due on March 22, 2021
Shepherd Lake Recreation Area – Mobile Food Concession due on March 22, 2021
Spruce Run Recreation Area – Boat-Livery Concession due on March 22, 2021
Swartswood State Park – Boat-Livery Concession due on March 22, 2021
