RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
FARMING OPPORTUNITY
Wantage Township, Sussex County, State of New Jersey

The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) has received multiple interest in farming a property managed by the State Park Service. For the purpose of land management and due to expressed public interest the Department is offering a short-term bidding opportunity for a Right of Entry Agreement to harvest hay on the property in 2020 and 2021. The minimum bid for hay harvesting is $252.00 per Season. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Right of Entry Agreement with the Department. Interested Parties must submit an original signed Bid Form no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Click on the documents below for additional information:
